RMR/CRSP SPP RTO Software Implementation Support Services This is a Sources Sought Notice for the Rocky Mountain Region (RMR) and Colorado River Storage Project (CRSP) Southwest Power Pool (SPP) Regional Transmission Organization (RTO) Software Implementation Support Services requirement. See attached Draft Performance Work Statement for more information.
