## Description

The U.S. Department of Energy, Western Area Power Administration Upper Great Plains Region (WAPA-RMR), intends to contract by means of other than full and open competition based on sole source justification to Tucker Sno-Cat Corporation to upfit a Model Year 2025 Tucker Model Number 2000E-26-6 Tucker Terra Sno-Cat with Optional Equipment to be installed at the Tucker factory in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). See attached Sole Source Justification for details.

The applicable NAICS code is 336999 with a small business size standard is 1000 Employees or less. This notice is not a request for quotes or proposals.

Interested firms must identify their interest and provide documentation demonstrating their capability to accommodate this requirement by e-mailing Michael L. Lowe, the Contract Officer at mlowe@wapa.gov no later than 12:00 PM Central Time, September 4, 2024. Any information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement at WAPA-RMR’s sole discretion. This notice in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. WAPA-RMR is not responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this Notice.
