## Description

The requirement includes replacing the existing roof and flashing on the upper 69KV yard control house with metal roofing and vented ridge cap, prefinished metal fascia to match roofing original color as close to possible, flashing and concealed anchors. Provide roofing underlayment and roofing panels shall be grounded. Contractor shall provide as-built's and warranty for installed/application of the roof and its components.
