## Description

Request for Proposal for services to provide draining, removal, and disposal/recycle of non-PCB oil, oil-filled equipment, drums, and scrap metal located at: Headgate Rock Substation, AZ, Gila Substation, AZ, Rogers Substation, AZ, Parker Dam Substation, CA, and Mead Substation, NV. In accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement.

Period of Performance 01 Feb 2024 to 08 Aug 2024. Any offeror that wishes to submit a quote must be able to provide the services needed for Parker Dam Substation on 05 February 2024 during a down day scheduled for the Dam. This solicitation was initially supposed to post to SAM.gov and FEDconnect on 1/19/24. Due to a technical glitch, the SAM.gov posting failed. This new posting is meant to bring the solicitation up to date with the FedConnect posting and extend the closing date by two additional days. To show this extension Amendment # 0001 is attached with the rest of the solicitation documents.
