THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the Agency. Capability statements must be received within 5 calendar days after date of publication of this notice and shall include documentation on ability to satisfy the Government’s requirements.
