## Description

The Western Area Power Administration, Corporate Service Office intends to acquire on a single source basis the purchase of an annual renewal of the software product license and maintenance support for DataSplice Software Subscription. The Period of Performance (PoP) requested is April 2, 2025 – April 1, 2026. The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES.

Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the Agency. Capability statements must be received by within 4 calendar days after date of publication of this notice by 1500 PM ED and shall include documentation on ability to satisfy the Government’s requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
