The Period of Performance (PoP) requested is January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025. The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the Agency. Capability statements must be received by 1030 AM ES on 31 December 2024 and shall include documentation on ability to satisfy the Government’s requirements.
