Annual flight training requirements in the WAPA Flight Manual specifically state we will use BTA for training on our Bell 407GXi Helicopters. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the Agency. Capability statements must be received within 3 calendar days after date of publication of this notice and shall include documentation on ability to satisfy the Government’s requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
