## Description

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Environmental Management (EM) Consolidated Business Center (CBC), intends to award a contract to Neptune and Company, Inc. (Neptune) on a sole source basis. The services provided by Neptune’s West Valley Probabilistic Performance Assessment model (WVPPA) support long-term probabilistic performance assessment (PPA) modeling and Phase 2 decommissioning decision making for the West Valley Demonstration Project (WVDP) and Western New York Nuclear Service Center (WNYNSC).
