## Description

**Notice of Intent to Sole Source:** E&E News Access and Subscription Services This is not a solicitation. This notice is to provide the Government’s intent to sole source an action for the subject requirement. DOE is proposing to an award for a base period of 12-months and 4 (12-month options). A sole source contract to POLITICO,LLC for support to DOE’s Office of Policy (OP) with access and subscripiton services to the following E&E News: E&E Daily, Energywire, Greenwire,and E&E News PM.

The Department of Energy (DOE), located at 1000 Independence Avenue SW, Washington, DC - 20585, is issuing this Notice of Intent (NOI) to inform industry of the Government's intent to sole- source this contract action using the statutory authority 41 USC 3304(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.” The intended contractor is Politico, LLC, located at 1000 Wilson BLVE 8th Floor, Arlington, BA 22209.
