DOE has identified MPLC as the only company that offers a license for the blanket public performance of audiovisual works. This notice does not constitute a solicitation or request for competitive quotations and no solicitation will be issued. Any response to this notice is purely voluntary. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Responses shall be submitted in writing to Dremayne Doyle, dremayne.doyle@hq.doe.gov via email no later than Monday, April 29, 2024, at 10:00 AM Eastern Daylight (ED) Time. The email shall contain the following subject line: Response to Notice of Intent 89303024NMA000081.
