## Description

The Contractor shall provide Engineering, Program Management and Technical Support services to the DOE/NNSA Program Offices listed in Section 4.0 and other DOE offices as needed. Program Management support includes, but is not limited to, any personnel, professional, administrative, financial, and/or managerial resources necessary to support Orders issued under this BPA. Technical support includes, but is not limited to, the development and drafting of concepts, strategies, plans, policies, analyses, and assessments, as well as providing advice and recommendations that will support DOE and NNSA program offices in the execution and implementation of their mission.
