The Department of Energy (DOE), Environmental Management Consolidated Business Center, located at 550 Main Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202, is issuing this NOI to inform industry of the Government's intent to execute a sole source modification to extend the ordering period for up to 12 months without increasing the contract ceiling value on a sole source basis using the statutory authority 41 USC 3304(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements”. RSI EnTech currently provides all personnel, equipment, facilities, materials, and technical expertise to perform this effort.
