## Description

Special Notice for the Department of Energy (DOE), National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) Purchase Order 89243324PFE000691 to the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ). DOE NETL awarded Purchase Order 89243324PFE000691 to Oregon DEQ on 10/25/2023 on a sole source basis.

Oregon DEQ has regulatory jurisdiction of environmental programs in the State of Oregon, as approved by the U.S. EPA in accordance with the Clean Water Act (CWA), Clean Air Act (CAA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), and other regulations. The Government determined that no other party could fulfill these requirements based on the Notice of Intent to Sole Source posted on 10/06/2023.

This Special Notice is to inform the Public that DOE NETL is increasing the total purchase order value, inclusive of all option periods, from $32,400.00 to $132,400.00 for additional support within the existing scope of work and expected to continue through the remainder of the term.
