NOTICE: The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ), 89243324QFE000451 for American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Annual Digital Subscriptions Renewal for the period of 09/01/2024 – 08/31/2025 per attached Licensed Standards List. Interested vendors may submit their quotation on the attached RFQ Standard Form (SF) 18, and provide all supporting documents, as necessary, via the FedConnect portal at www.fedconnect.net, by 3:00 PM ET on September 24, 2024. All documents must be submitted to the FedConnect portal – quotes will not be accepted via another method. All questions must be submitted electronically through FedConnect. Only those questions posted to FedConnect will be accepted. EVALUATION: Selection will be based on the vendor’s quotation that is considered technically acceptable with the lowest firm-fixed price quote. The Government anticipates issuing a single award from this RFQ. To be considered for evaluation, vendors must quote and price each/all item listed in the solicitation per attached Licensed Standards List. Technical acceptability will be determined solely on the content and merit of the information submitted in response to this solicitation in meeting the attached Licensed Standards List.
