The Department of Energy’s (DOE) Office of Scientific and Technical Information (OSTI) intends to issue a firm-fixed award to a single source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(i)(ii), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, to Sitecore USA, Inc. This requirement is for the renewal of the Sitecore Experience Platform (XP) - Standard upgraded software subscription license package and maintenance. DOE intends to award this requirement as a sole source to Sitecore USA for a one-year period. The subscription period is May 1, 2025, through April 30, 2026. Sitecore USA is the sole provider for the licenses required by the Office of Scientific and Technical Information (OSTI). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541519 - Other Computer Related Services, with the size standard of $34M. Any vendor who believes it is capable of meeting the DOE’s requirement as stated herein may submit a response, which will be considered only if received by April 10, 2025, by 5:00 p.m. EST.
