## Description

The Work to be performed consists of completing a preliminary assessment of buildings and facilities located at Department of Energy (DOE) Argonne National Laboratory (ANL) operated by UChicago Argonne, LLC (Argonne) near Lemont, IL to identify ECMs and provide sufficient detail for each ECM to determine which are candidates for an IGA and potentially installed as part of a UESC.
