## Description

The U.S. Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Albuquerque Complex intends to award a sole source contract under the authority 41 U.S.C 3304(a)(1), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 entitled “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements” to Strategic Survivability Research Group (2SRG) LLC, 7065 West Ann Road, STE 130-265, Las Vegas NV 89130.
