Vendors planning to attend the in-person site visit must furnish the name and title of its representative, and its selected time slot to Shawn Xiong (shawn.xiong@nara.gov) at least two (2) days prior to the site visit. Vendors are limited to a maximum of two (2) representatives. The purpose of this site visit/industry day is to further NARA’s market research in developing its Distributed Antenna System upgrade requirements. The in-person site visit/industry day will provide vendors the opportunity to inspect the government furnished property; equipment, facility, and site which services are to be performed; and the general and local conditions that may affect the costs and performance of any prospective future contract/order. Vendors are encouraged to share feedback, ask questions, and offer comments during the session. Please note that while questions are welcomed, the Government may be unable to address all questions during the visit and/or responses may be limited.
