Life Technologies Corporation is the only vendor who can provide the QS5 DX Laptop Platinum Package which contains a QS5Dx 96-well block system with a Laptop Computer and SmartStart Orientation, Diomni License with SmartStart Orientation, Platinum Warranty Enhancement, and Installation Qualification Kit. The QS5 DX Laptop Platinum Package is compatible with the current workflow requirements, quality metrics and space constraints within the Meningitis Laboratory. This contract action is for supplies which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
