Life Technologies Corporation is the only vendor who can provide the QS5 DX Laptop Platinum Package which contains a QS5Dx 96-well block system with a Laptop Computer and SmartStart Orientation, Diomni License with SmartStart Orientation, Platinum Warranty Enhancement, and Installation Qualification Kit. The QS5 DX Laptop Platinum Package is compatible with the current workflow requirements, quality metrics and space constraints within the Meningitis Laboratory. This contract action is for supplies which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The NAICS code for this acquisition is 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. Interested vendors that believe they can meet these requirements are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notice by providing a capability statement to the Contracting Specialist by August 22, 2024. The Contracting Specialist will not respond to verbal request. All requests must be in writing. This is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will review any/all product, capabilities, and pricing information submitted prior to the closure of this notice.
