Description This solicitation document is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Government National Mortgage Association’s (Ginnie Mae’s) Office of Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) with financial improvement services required to transform and improve support activities within Ginnie Mae’s Finance Division. Only one (1) award is anticipated as a result of this solicitation. This procurement is being competed on an 8(a) competitive competitive basis utilizing the policies and procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation, as supplemented by HUD Acquisition Regulation (HUDAR) Part 2415.
