HUD intends to award to only one source under the authority of 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. HUD, Policy Development & Research requires a dynamic database that is adept at meeting the varied needs of multiple HUD staff engaged in multifamily underwriting and housing market analysis. HUD’s regulations and administrative procedures require HUD staff to evaluate loan and mortgage insurance applications submitted to the Department. The North American Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement 519290 Web Search Portals and All Other Information Services with a NAICS size stand of 1,000 employees. This notice will be distributed solely through the sam.gov website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the sam.gov website to ensure they have the most up to date information regarding this acquisition. This notice satisfies the requirement of FAR 5.102(a)(1) and 5.103(a)(1). This Notice of Intent to Sole Source is not a request for quotes.
