## Description

Under the Authority of FAR 6.302-1, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to issue a sole-source 9-month contract extension (which includes a 3-month option) for the ACADIA requirements under contract number HM047619C0002 to ensure continuity of services currently being provided until the competitive acquisition of the follow-on contract (ACADIA II) is awarded.

The ACADIA contract provides Test and Evaluation (T&E) services in the form of image quality and utility assurance services, production and maintenance of data quality standards and scales, technical support and management of an independent enterprise verification testing environment, and development/operation/maintenance of automated test tools in both cloud and DevOps environments. No competition is being sought at this time.

The Acadia contract extension will provide continued engineering and scientific support for ACADIA and also enable transition activities of a new vendor (if required) upon commencement of the awarded follow-on contract. This notice is in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2, and is not a request for competitive proposals. A solicitation will not be posted.

However, any responsible sources that believes it can meet this requirement may submit a capability statement in sufficient detail with supporting evidence to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement via unclassified email to the Contracting Officer (Mr. Grant Njoku, Gratn.I.Njoku@nga.mil) and the Contract Specialist (Ms. Nicole Keas, Nicole.D.Keas@nga.mil), which shall be considered by the NGA. A determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
