## Description

The ANG has aging telephone systems that are in need of replacement. Additionally, these current systems are not in compliance with current E911 laws. The ANG has 71 sites that utilize Avaya 8800 CM7 that need to be replaced. The Avaya 8800 CM7 System configuration manufacturer End of Support (EOS), End of Life (EOL), is no longer listed on the DODIN Approved Products List (DODIN APL).

The ANG has 109 sites that utilize the Motorola Vesta (E911) or SPOK E911 systems, Unique Configuration Accounting Information Retrieval System (CAIRS) call accounting systems, and Secure Logix Call Recording Systems that are EOL or EOS and need to be replaced. This RFI is seeking solutions from industry on replacing the existing Avaya 8800 CM7 at 71 sites and replacing the E911 and/or Secure Logix at 109 sites.

The proposed on-premise solution shall adhere to the latest DODIN APL approved Voice System configuration and be compliant with current E911 laws (Kari’s Law, Ray Baum’s Act Section 506) and Suicide Prevention Hotline requirements.
