Troxler is the sole manufacturer/source for the Troxler Model 4540 EGuage Combo with patented nuclear technology resulting in less nuclear material, simpler operation, less training, licensing exempt, no certifications, no permits and no permit maintenance but still have the accuracy of a nuclear ground density gauge readings. Troxler will also give the government a credit for the Toxler nuclear ground density gauges the government currently owns. The Troxler 4540 is required for 819th RHS by their Unit Type Code Equipment Supply List (UTC ESL) which is the mandatory list of equipment 819th RHS is required to have for immediate deployment. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit specifications, salient features and quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
