EXIM Bank intends to award on a Sole Source Basis to Varella & Advogados Associados for legal recovery services in Brazil. The circumstances permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition are Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clause 6.302-1 and FAR Clause 13.501(a). The intent of this synopsis is to determine if any sources exist and, therefore, no Request for Quote (RFQ) is available.
