## Description

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)/Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) is issuing this notice of intent (NOI) to inform industry contractors DITCO intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Planet Associates, Inc., which is the exclusive distributor of the Planet Infrastructure Relationship Management (IRM) Artificial Intelligence (IRMAI) software support from Planet Associates, the original equipment manufacturer.
