## Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, (DITCO-PL8321), Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Terabase Corporation, 10 Elm Street, Danvers, Massachusetts 01923-2848, USA, for the procurement of LogiQuest DVD version software subscriptions renewal. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements.

Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to provide LogiQuest DVD version software subscriptions renewal by submitting clear evidence that they are an authorized reseller, and their capability to provide/perform within 3 days of the posting of this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Suppliers may provide correspondence via email at the following address: betty.a.burris4.civ@mail.mil.

All responsible sources will be considered for evaluating the determination to issue a sole source purchase order.
