## Description

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)/Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) is issuing this notice of intent (NOI) to inform industry contractors DITCO intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC), which is the exclusive distributor of the Tactical Data Link (TDL) Gateway Manager software support from NGC, the original equipment manufacturer.
