## Description

ASPA Digital has been using Atlassian software (Bitbucket, Confluence, JIRA, JIRA Service Management and Slack) as sore applications to our day-to-day operations. BitBucket is our application used for version control in the code management of multiple websites supporting ASPA Digital and HRSA. Confluence is the document repository existing with our Amazon Web Services (AWS) to document critical aspects of the many Agile teams supporting ASPA Digital and HRSA.

We use JIRA for project management by multiple cross-functional Agile teams. They use Scrum and Kanban workflows to support projects including Analytics, Application Support and DevOps, Customer/User Experience, social media, etc. JIRA Service Management is the centralized intake for over 450 external stakeholders to send requests for website updates, analytic reports, graphic images, press releases, etc.
