## Description

This synopsis is being issued by the Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). NSWCPD intends to extend the Period of Performance of Contract N6449820D0001 from 10 March 2027 to 10 March 2030 in support of servicing Ship Wide Area Networks (SWAN).

**Pursuant to 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), L3 Technologies (CAGE:** 28199) is the only responsible source capable of fulfilling the Navy's requirements for the specified effort. The resulting contract modifications are for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.
