## Description

This Special Notice is to inform offerers that the Government intends to limit competition on this requirement to two (2) firms. If offerers would like to provide a response to this synopsis, the Government must be notified no later than 23 August 2024, at 2:00 PM CST. In the event that interest is received, the synopsis will be re-opened to allow time for additional submissions.
