This notice is for the fixed-price sole source Award of 80TECH26P0020 - BlueHalo Robo-Met.3D Serial Sectioning System to BlueHalo, LLC under the authority of FAR 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. . NASA Kennedy Space Center (KSC) required an advanced three dimensional (3D) microstuructural characterization capabilities in support of NASA mission and materials evaluation requirements. The rationale supporting the use of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a), is descirbed in the attached Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition.
