The purpose of this requirement is to procure professional services from an OpenText partner, familiar with and knowledgable of the current version of the product, to upgrade OpenText Extended ECM to the most recent version, and to redesign the current environment in use by NASA. NASA Information Technology Procurement Office intends to issue a sole source contract to acquire the services from Qellus LLC of 1150 Barbara Dr., Cherry Hill, New Jersey under the authority of FAR 13.501. It has been determined that Qellus LLC is the sole provider for this requirement. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.
