## Description

National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Information Technology Procurement Office (ITPO) is requesting quotes for the subject Request for Quote (RFQ).

INSTRUCTIONS TO QUOTERS Interested vendors shall submit a quote for the attached Bill of Material (BOM) and sign and return the attached Standard Form (SF) 1449. Quotes are due by 09/25/2024 at 2:00pm (EST) The attached documentation to this RFQ includes the SF 1449, which requires that blocks 12 (if applicable), 17, and 30 be completed and returned; requirement specifications (as a BOM), and the additional terms and conditions that apply to this RFQ and subsequent order.

In responding to this RFQ, it is the quoter’s responsibility to provide current, relevant, complete, and accurate information in their quotation. Please submit your quote as a PDF document. This acquisition will be conducted as full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334515. This RFQ is for the delivery, installation, and commissioning of Brand Name Keysight Direct Current Bi-Directional Power Supplies – See Attachment A – Bill of Materials.

PRICING INSTRUCTIONS The Quoter shall submit its most competitive quote reflecting any discounts offered to the Government. All costs (including shipping) to deliver the requirements of the attached BOM shall be included in the quote. The quote shall include a total firm fixed price. Delivery shall be on or before thirty-three (33) days after receipt of order (ARO).

Delivery terms shall be FOB Destination BASIS FOR AWARD The evaluation will include all vendors who meet the standards specified above and whose quotes meet or exceed the technical acceptability standards specified in the attached BOM. Award will be made to the vendor with the lowest total priced quote that meets or exceeds the technical acceptability standards.
