This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and details are included in the attached RFP. The RFP is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, FAR Subpart 15.1, and NASA FAR Supplement 1815.305. Any resulting award will be made in the form of a five (5)-year, single award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Cost Reimbursable (CR) Other Direct Costs (ODCs). It is anticipated that only one award will be made for this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
