NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to BARKLEY CONSULTING GROUP LLC 34 Spencer LN Stony Brook, New York 11790-3139 United States under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). It has been determined that BARKLEY CONSULTING GROUP LLC is the sole provider of virtual instructor-led delivery of one (1) course delivered as a dedicated cohort session for up to twenty-seven (27) Government participants. Delivery will be conducted live via Zoom (or Zoom for Government when required) and will include digital course materials, instructor-led facilitation, and Barkley Consulting Group logistics/program support. NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA/ Headquarters (HQ). The Government intends to acquire Commercial items or services using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12 for Commercial The NAICS Code for this procurement is 611430.
