## Description

The purpose of this acquisition is to award a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to a small business Authorized Service Provider of Vertiv Corporation for work and deliverables required for the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Capacitors and Batteries replacement for the National Center for Critical Information Processing and Storage. A copy of the Statement of Work (SOW) can be found at ATTACHMENT 1. The: Statement of Work contains more information, as well as an addendum outlining the terms and conditions of this agreement, along with other attachments relevant to this combined synopsis/solicitation.
