NASA Shared Services Center intends to issue a sole source contract to acquire the services from Galorath Incorporated of 5000 E Spring STE 140 Long Beach, CA 90815-5203 under the authority of FAR 13.501. It has been determined that Galorath Inc is the sole provider for this requirement. The Government intends to acquire the commercial items using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort electronically via email to caitlin.m.poulton@nasa.gov not later than September 27, 2024 at 2:00 PM ET. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this acquisition on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
