ENTER SOW/BID SCHEDULE: Scope of Work: Propulsion Systems Laboratory (PSL) J-57 Supply - Liquid Fuel Valve Background The PSL operates Pratt&Whitney J-57 jet engines as part of the combustion air heating process. The J-57 engines are robust and capable but periodically require replacement parts to operate properly. The Fuel Controller on the J-57 is such a part. As the J-57 is a 6+ decades old engine, parts are no longer being manufactured. In order to continue to operate the J-57, PSL requires the procurement of an aftermarket Liquid Fuel Valve to replace the original Fuel Controller.
