## Description

Award Notice and Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) under FAR 6.302-1 posting for follow-on Contract 80HQTR24DA010 to provide operations and maintenance services at the Infrared Telescope Facility (IRTF) atop Maunakea, Hawaii.

NASA Headquarters is entering into a contract with the University of Hawaii (UH) for the IRTF to provide timely completed observations of objects inside and outside our Solar System in support of planetary and astrophysics science, spacecraft missions and planetary defense. UH will be responsible for providing the IRTF management, strategic planning, personnel, equipment, material, external facilities, and services to NASA’s Science Mission Directorate, Planetary Sciences Division.
