## Description

The purpose of this amendment is to extend the “Response Date” to 12 June 2024. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) in support of preparedness for excellence in supporting execution of a potential mishap investigation. This request for information is for gathering and planning purposes only. It allows industry a chance to share details, best practices, evolving capabilities, and insights to help prepare for potential situations.
