NASA/GSFC has a requirement for a Cryogen-free Dilution Refrigerator Test for Characterization of Superconducting Detectors and Devices. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.201-1 (Simplified Procedures) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotations are being requested.
