It has been determined that Storm Water Simplified Ltd. is the sole entity which can provide Stormwater Pollution Prevention Software to NASA GRC without introducing substantial duplication of cost to the Government. NASA GRC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA GRC and Armstrong Test Facility (ATF). Under the subject purchase order, the Government intends to acquire commercial services using the provisions, clauses, and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.
