This acquisition is for Architect-Engineer (A-E) and related services across all project phases including but not limited to: preparation of conceptual engineering studies, final facility building and infrastructure designs, permitting, preliminary engineering reports, Engineering Services During Construction (ESDC), and activation and commissioning for the Eastern Regional Area of Operations. The Eastern Region includes the following NASA Centers: Glenn Research Center (GRC) Lewis Field (LF), Cleveland, OH; Neil A.
