\n\n\n\nNASA/AFRC intends to award a sole-source contract to Pratt & Whitney (Raytheon Company), as they are the OEM, under the authority of FAR 6.103-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency’s requirements.
\n\n\n\nThe Government does not intend to acquire a commercial product or service using FAR Part 12.
