The furnace shall support direct-fired and indirect-fired burner configurations and meet all requirements in the attached Statement of Work, including performance, facility interfaces, applicable codes, and safety requirements. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Technical acceptability will be evaluated on a pass/fail basis. Among responsible offerors determined technically acceptable and compliant with solicitation requirements, ANL will award to the offeror with the lowest evaluated price. Offerors shall submit: Completed and signed ANL-70 Request for Quotation. Technical compliance response addressing each Statement of Work requirement, with supporting evidence.
