The Governement intends to Award on a Sole Source basis to: Copyright Clearance Center, Inc; 222 Rosewood Dr., Danvers, Massachusetts 01923, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement by 10:00am EST on July 22, 2025. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
