The contract will be awarded to Olympus America under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106 (b) (1). This contract will be issued for a base performance period of 01 October 2026 – 30 September 2027 with 4 option years 01 October 2027- 30 September 2031. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 811210, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The small business size standard is $34.0M. Olympus America is an other-than-small business under this NAICS code. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency before the intended award date. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. In order for the Government to consider another source, the capability statement must identify the source's ability to provide preventative services to include repair, parts and labor services for Olympus Endoscopes, Gastroscopes, Bronchoscopes, Interscope’s, Colonoscopes, and Duodenoscopes that meets or exceeds the Original Equipment Manufacturer standards.
